I was recently honored to be a speaker in the incredible Health at Every Size (HAES) Master Class that Golda Poretsky of Body Love Wellness organized.

When Golda asked me to speak, I decided I wanted to share 5 simple tips to make yoga work for you. I’m so excited to share that talk with you now!
