We’re officially into December — oh my! I don’t know about you, but I already feel a little tired, and I haven’t even bought one gift yet. (And to those of you who are done shopping, I’ve got a list here you can help out with if you’re bored.)
To get us into and through the next six weeks smoothly, I’ve got something to share with you that I’m so excited about:
Curvy Yoga for the Holidays!
My yoga practice is the only thing that gets me through the holidays with any semblance of grace (although still sometimes glaringly lacking, depending on how much mall traffic I have to sit in).
Feeling similarly? Not to worry; I’ll hook you up.
Here’s what I’ve created for you: three full-length yoga practices designed especially for the holidays (that conveniently includes three parts; I’m all about the symmetry): (1) a 60-minute practice delivered via podcast, (2) an accompanying PDF with a written description of the poses and (3) a video for our visual learners — with visuals for some of the potentially trickier poses. These are all, of course, designed with the curvy practitioner in mind and safe for folks of many different shapes, sizes and abilities.
It’s the holidays, so you know how much this costs, right? Everyone’s favorite: F-R-E-E!

Usually around this time of year, I find myself starting to shrivel up. Although I’m not quite into the thick of shopping/wrapping/card writing/traveling (but only because I’m a procrastinator), the thought of it makes me want to curl up and take a nap.
