As you know, a big part of Curvy Yoga is sharing tips on making yoga poses or sequences work for you. To that end, I’ve finally (finally!) compiled all of the modifications and practices in one place! These are now listed on the Resources page of this blog. I will keep this list updated as more are added.

Thanks for these modifications. I love pigeon but depending on what my hips are feeling on a certain day, I can’t always do the traditional version. These options are really helpful!

I am currently teaching my beautiful curvy friend yoga & have been avoiding certain postures because of a lack of knowledge of Curvy Yoga Modifications. I have been looking everywhere for modifications & resources. (The book stores I went todidn’t have any of those books. Thank you for listing them.) I found you on 30 days of Yoga website.
