How I (Almost) Ruined My Vacation (Season 2, Episode 18)

Have you ever let your mind run away from you, even when it seems like it “shouldn’t” be happening?

I haven’t done that much personally — only, oh, a hundred million times (last week). 😉

On a recent vacation, I noticed this was happening (which counts as progress, right?) and then noticed something even more surprising and interesting — that my mind wasn’t running away because I can’t control it or whatever other nonsense ideas I usually have, but because of something that was happening in my physical body.

So in this episode I’m talking about how freeing it can be to notice connections between our physical, emotional and mental states and where yoga can come in to help us with this.
