Hilary KinaveyHilary Kinavey is a licensed professional counselor and the co-founder of Be Nourished, a revolutionary business that helps people heal body shame and move towards compassionate, wholehearted living in the bodies they are in today. Hilary has spent 1000’s of hours working with people individually and in groups to to develop a relationship with themselves that is kind, nourishing and connected. For many years, Hilary was an adjunct professor at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR and currently offers professional trainings through the Be Nourished Training Institute. She is the co-creator of Body Trust Wellness™, a Certified Daring Way facilitator candidate and has trained to become Transformational Workshop Leader. Hilary is a popular speaker on topics such as Health at Every Size®, Intuitive Eating, and body respect in health care communities. She is a regular contributor to the Huffington Post.
