Reflecting on Your 2016 Yoga Practice | Season 3, Episode 16

At this cusp of the new year, you might find yourself looking both back and forward — reflecting on your yoga practice this year, and considering what it might be next year.

In today’s episode I’m sharing the reflection questions I personally use to do both of those things so that you can use them, too, if you’d like. In addition, I talk about my Word of the Year, how it showed up in my yoga practice, and how you might consider that for yourself if you had an intention for your year.

Happy New Year, y’all! Thank you SO much for listening this year!!
