We’re really getting close now, aren’t we? As I prepare to pack my bags, I find myself craving practice more than ever.

Stopping By Woods
Or, at least, that’s the story I tell myself much of the time. The truth is that I can find an hour to practice. And the even bigger truth is that I need to find that time. Even if the hour isn’t right in a row. Even if it isn’t in a whole day.
Someway, somehow, when I roll out my mat, I know I’ll feel better.

There is no way I can miss any time on the mat right now. This week is stuffed full of run around here, do this… oh and can’t forget that! That 90 minutes on the mat is beyond refreshing.
