Upcoming Workshop

Rolling, Releasing & Allowing: A Yogic Exploration with Anna & Jane

If you’re in the Nashville area, you may have been to a class in the last few months where we utilized therapeutic yoga balls to help us open up stuck places. If you’re curious to learn more (or find out what on earth I’m talking about), I hope you’ll join me for this workshop that I’m co-teaching with the lovely Jane House. March 11, 2:30-4:30pm, $17, Yoga Country (Brentwood).

The body is a medium to get unstuck in your life, and in this workshop, we will work on peeling back the layers. Through the use of therapeutic yoga balls and specifically selected poses, we will access deeply held areas in the body, including the myofascial system, which can hold our body in rigid patterns if it’s not gently invited and allowed to release. In addition, we will practice cultivating and trusting our intuition and bodily wisdom as we allow a series of guided quetsions to unfold.
