Intro to Curvy Yoga: Yoga for bigger Bodies

Curvy yoga is a space created for all BODIES! This intro class is geared towards individuals with bigger bodies so that we can explore a practice of yoga with the body we have.
This is a 2 hour workshop. What is entails: 60 minutes of conversation, demo, and allowing ourselves to be here. Followed by 60 minutes of practice. Exploring yoga poses modified.
