1. When will I receive access to my program?
Immediately! As soon as you sign up, you’ll be directed to create your username/password, and then you can dive right on in.
2. Will Curvy Monthly work with My Browser?
It Should! Curvy Monthly has been tested and confirmed to work with all major browsers.
3. Why is this such an affordable price?
We hear all the time from folks who are wanting a community of curvy yogis, and, well, we want that, too! So we packed this program full of well over $500 worth of goodies because we just couldn’t resist making this as awesome as possible!
4. Can I get DVDs of the videos or otherwise download them?
All of the videos for this program live on your membership page. They are not available for download or on DVD. Please be sure you have capability for streaming videos on the internet before purchasing.
5. What if I’m not sure if I can stream videos online?
This program requires the capacity to stream videos online. If you’re not sure if that’s possible for your internet, please sign up for our free video first so you can double check. We do not offer refunds on this program since you gain access to everything the moment you join, so we cannot offer you money back if you later find your internet doesn’t work as well as you’d hoped.
6. I already have one of the products you offer as part of Curvy Monthly. Can I get a discounted price?
Thank you so much for doing that! Unfortunately, if we had to individually price this program for each person who had done that, that’s all we would do with our lives (and we’d rather spend our time continuing to pack this program with value for you!). What we can promise you is that we are filling this program with every possible thing we can think of, and we’ll give you the opportunity to make suggestions, too. It’s our heartfelt desire for you to get way more than your money’s worth with this program, and that’s what we intend to offer.
7. What if I don’t have much time to practice yoga?
We hear you (and feel the same many days), and that’s actually just why we created this program! We offer a variety of videos from five to sixty minutes in length, so there will always be something that meets your needs, no matter your time availability on any given day.
8. Can I join with a friend or my whole family?
We love that you want to do this! The more Curvy Yoga, the merrier! However, because each person is able to access and use the materials on their own, we require that each person purchase their own separate program.
9. What is your refund policy?
Because we pack this program with oodles of good stuff, worth well over $500 and counting, and you get them all the moment you sign up (a leap of faith we’re happy to take!) we do not offer any refunds. We believe in this program fully, and we know that if you take advantage of all it has to offer, it will truly support your practice and growth.
10. How long does my membership last, and does it recur?
Your membership lasts for one year. It will automatically recur one year from your first date of purchase. If you choose not to do that, you can email support@curvyyoga.com at any time, and we will cancel your recurring payment. If you do not let us know that you don’t want to recur, we will not be able to offer you a refund on your new year for the same reasons as above.
